This
document includes the Terms and Conditions for hosting a webring
with The Cross Webring Ministries or joining a webring hosted
by The Cross Webring Ministries.
These
"Terms and Conditions" represent our zero tolerance
membership policy and will be strictly enforced to ensure integrity,
Christian values and a family safe webring service.
The
Cross Webring Ministries (thecrosswebring.org) is owned and
operated by PNE Ministries (paulnadon.org) and for the purpose
of these Terms and Conditions are hereafter considered one in
the same and refered to as The Cross Webring Ministries.
Any
and all webring owner(s) including their respective site member(s)
using The Cross Webring Ministries webring services will hereafter
be referred to as "Member".

1.
Member agrees to use any and all of The Cross Webring Ministries
services at member's own risk. The Cross Webring Ministries
specifically disclaims any and all responsibility and or liability
for any of it's members and in no event shall The Cross Webring
Ministries be responsible and or liable for any loss, loss of
data and or any other damages of any kind.
2.
The Cross Webring Ministries may change and or amend these Terms
and Conditions at anytime, whereas any such changes and or amendments
of the Terms and Conditions will apply and become effective
immediately to all Members.
3.
Any ring Member or webring hosted by The Cross Webring Ministries,
or site Member and or web site of a hosted webring, (even if
sponsored by another web host yet ran through this webring service)
cannot contain, display and or promote any form of the following,
including but not limited to: hate messages, profanity, nudity
or semi-nudity, offensive material, obscene or offensive behavior
or topic(s), illegal activities; demonic, occult, satanic, new
age or anti-Christian values or beliefs, pro-choice or pro-abortion
views, gay or lesbian lifestyle views, a distorted view or faulty
interpretation of the Holy Bible, or links to any other web
site(s) with any of the above mentioned.
Any
violation of the above and or any part of these Terms and Conditions
will result in immediate removal of the respective web ring
or web site(s) from the The Cross Webring Ministries system.
The
Cross Webring Ministries reserves the right to terminate the
membership of any Member of The Cross Webring Ministries webring
services at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
4.
Member agrees to protect and indemnify The Cross Webring Ministries
against any and all liability, loss, or expense arising from
claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trademarks, trade
names or patents, violations of rights and privacy and infringement
of copyrights and property resulting from Member's use of any
of The Cross Webring Ministries services.
5.
Member must agree to the following Statement of Faith:
We
believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We
believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, and
the supreme and final authority on all matters upon which it
teaches.
We
believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His
sinless life, His miracles, His death on the cross to provide
for our redemption, His bodily resurrection, His ascension into
heaven and His return to earth in power and glory.
We
believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit, that
He performs the miracle of new birth in unbelievers and dwells
in believers, enabling them to live godly lives.
We
believe that man was created in the image of God, but because
of sin, was separated from God. Only by the grace of God through
faith in Jesus Christ for salvation, can that separation be
removed.
6.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
with the laws of the State of California, United States of America,
and the courts of the judicial district of Contra Costa County
shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any proceeding
in connection with this Agreement.
